Responsible for management of network projects with the primary focus being on the execution/implementation of the capital spend, construction, commissioning, and stabilization. Directly responsible for projects valued up to $30M and assisting on $100M+ projects, that support Distribution Center (DC) operations, using analytics and working knowledge of DC operations. Results of this role are to deliver on the team's mission to support the Distribution Operation's commitment to the customer by aligning distribution capacity to customer demand.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Automation & Robotics- Implementation. This role is based in Lake Forest, IL or any of the US Distribution Centers.
The salary range for this position is $85,680 to $131,580 and this role is bonus eligible. **This range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include and not limited to: Candidate experience, qualification, geographical area and internal equity of the team.
Travel: Up to 70% travel to other Distribution Centers and field locations. International travel may be required depending on project responsibilities. Ability to work non-standard work hours to support project execution (weekends, 2nd & 3rd shift)
