GENERAL WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Pick, pack, receive and restock product.
- Manage stock and inventory control.
- Ensure order accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
- Cross train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
- Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation preferred.
- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER TRAINEE RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Learn all aspects of distribution (UPS, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers) through our Rotational Program.
- Train and develop Warehouse Manager skills while leading and motivating others.
- Become certified on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
