This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About the Team
The team consists of various Client Engagement areas including Implementations (Debit Resellers), Certification, Database, and Licensing. The Implementations team is responsible for coordinating configuration changes on multiple platforms. The Certification team is responsible for validating configuration prior to implementation into production on multiple platforms. The Database team is responsible for implementing the configuration changes into the production environment. The Licensing team works with the payment networks like MasterCard and Visa to add, update, and/or delete financial institutions.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be supporting the entire team.
You will be gathering data to report metrics to management.
You will review the teams' project time tracking to make sure time is consistently being reported.
You will assist in the reconciliation of customer billing to make sure revenue is not being lost.
You may assist when changes are rolled into production to verify the change was successfully implemented.
Duties may also include the following:
Leading and executing project activities regarding functional and technical requirements and designs, testing, training, and support
Assisting with project planning and requirement gathering and specifications
Coordinating work tasks with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions with other team members
Executing and delivering project tasks within time and budget constraints
Understanding client needs, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations
Store all Project deliverables (signoffs, documentation, workbooks, customer status reports, tech info/vpn, issues list, major decisions, etc.) on SharePoint.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree from job discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Added Bonus If You Have
Proficiency in MS Suite to include Excel with Pivot Tables, Access, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps
Dashboard knowledge specific to MS Power BI
Lotus Notes
Strong mathematical skillset
Conversational Spanish
