Job Description

Syngenta is looking for a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to build a robust talent pipeline of candidates for current and future openings and to identify, engage and convert the best talent for Syngenta across North America. This position will play a critical role in leading all sourcing activities and will work closely with TA Partners and Talent Management. Please note this is a remote based position located in Greensboro NC.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

Talent Sourcing and Talent Delivery

  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
  • Create and implement proactive talent sourcing programs to build a talent pipeline for key roles and hard-to-fill positions
  • Conduct research and best practices in talent sourcing


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, using Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools such as SmartRecruiters CRM, and recruitment technology
  • Recruitment Sourcing experience in a large national or global corporation
  • Demonstrated experience in developing talent pipelines and communities
  • Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, AI
  • Experience using Market Insights and/or Talent Intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insight, SeekOut, etc.
