Clinical Support Associate Hartland Clinic 0.9 FTE

Shift may change a little and can be somewhat flexible. Mon - 10-1930/730-1700 (mirrors the provider's schedule and has an alternating cadence) Tue - OFF Wed - 0700-1700 Thurs - 0700-1700 Fri - 0700-1530

Compensation starting pay $21.86 hourly for certified staff, $18.06 hourly for non-certified staff

What You Will Do:

Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group. Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

  • Prepare exam rooms to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies, materials, and instruments are stocked to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Room patients with warmth and professionalism, and accurately obtain vital signs.
  • Administer injectables and vaccines
  • Request and record health history with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Complete medication refills and prior authorizations

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent AND Completion of a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other clinical training program
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred not required
  • Certification preferred not required
  • AHA BLS certified or certification upon hire
