Your Job

As a Business Process Transformation Leader, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and enhancing operational efficiency within our company. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth and agility. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and exceptional planning acumen.


Our Team

KBX Logistics is a leader in supply chain logistics, delivering advantages solutions to customer. Within KBX, the Transformation Team is tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive vision and strategy for transformation and operational excellence initiatives within our transportation services. Our goal is to sustain and enhance the competitive advantage we offer to our customers while maximizing overall value for Koch Industries. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to be the preferred partner to our customers and carriers through various processes, systems, and tools.

This will be a hybrid role based out of Green Bay, WI or Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA. The expectation is that there would be in an office requirement of 2-3 days per week.


What You Will Do

  • Lead the team's strategy execution: Ensure we are successfully executing our strategy for business process transformation aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coaching and Team Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development in business process transformation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide the team to work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and foster collaboration in implementing process improvements.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
  • Technology Integrations: Evaluate and implement technological solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance the overall efficiency of operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, monitoring performance, and implementing iterative changes to optimize business processes. Conduct post-implementation reviews to asses the outcomes of transformation projects, identify lessons learned, and integrate findings into future initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress towards organizational goals.
  • Training and Knowledge Base Development: Develop training programs and materials to educate users on new processes, tools, and best practices.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in the transportation/logistics industry managing transportation processes
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at numerous levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change
  • Experience analyzing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in business process improvement, transformation, or related roles
  • Experience with using or implementing transportation software solutions
  • Experience working in an enterprise Agile environment
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
