Position Title: Finance Manager
Salary: Based on Experience
A Finance Manager job in Oostburg, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. - Oversee transactions related to the general ledger.
- Develop cost savings, efficiencies, and improvements.
- Manage tax planning and compliance
- Ensure all financial policies and procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain internal controls.
Finance Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software and expertise with Excel.
- Proficient experience with data analysis, cash flow management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
