RFP Document Management Intern

Tyler Technologies is looking for an RFP Document Management Intern to join our team this summer!

Responsibilities
  • Work with the RFP Team members to identify which pieces of content in the RFP library will be moved into Qvidian.
  • Upload the content into Qvidian including entering appropriate document tags to assist with ease in searching.
  • Review and update documents to ensure proper text styles are in place to allow for the document to pull into an RFP template with correct fonts and headings.
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up.
  • Must be able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Previous experience with document management systems and/or writing/editing a plus but not required.
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing skills a plus.
