In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for benefits and participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results. |

General Position Overview |
This position reports to the Head of Administration & Site Services. The individual performing this supervisory role will manage and oversee the daily field support for vendor-managed services and other operational activities and tasks including but not limited to vendor relationships, and managed services for non-GMP business-related support operations. The role will help plan, lead, and manage projects, develop and implement documented processes to manage costs, and qualitatively improve the variety of services needed to keep the site operational and support the facility and employee team members. These services include (but are not limited to) all non-manufacturing housekeeping and janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal and salt sprinkling, security and parking management, pest control, general and proprietary waste management, emergency alarm systems (DEA controlled substances, fire alarm, burglary alarm, and control substance security systems), real estates, and capital expenditures. Additionally, this role will handle and ensure all employee service needs are met including the ordering of employee uniforms and lockers, vending machines, consumables, and other office supplies. The selected individual will partner with all appropriate stakeholders on the development and execution of [non-GMP] site-related tasks, processes, policies, and procedures. |
