Start Renting, Inc.is seeking innovative and experienced Account Executives who will be responsible for implementing sales initiatives in Madison Wisconsin.  These individuals must possess strong relationship skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and strictly adhere to deadlines. This position requires an individual with a proven record of accomplishment in a direct sales environment. The position reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development.         
                          
Scope and Purpose:  Sales and marketing within assigned geographic territory, while growing and maintaining the advertiser base, and providing quality customer service to all of our past, present and future customers.
 
General Duties:  Follow Start Renting, Inc. Employee Handbook.  Attend professional networking and education events.  Monitor and meet monthly ad sales and revenue goals and contests.  Attend sales team training.  Proactive territory management including but not limited to telephone sales and prospecting, personal sales calls, utilization of expense accounts, visiting on-site property staff and corporate offices, monitoring of distribution and new construction within set geographic territory.
 
Provide expedient resolution of customer complaints.  Develop client appreciation events.  Develop and implement client resources, training seminars and sponsorships.  Collect and implement customer testimonials.  Analyze competition in an ongoing and organized fashion.  Represent, along with sales team, START RENTING as associate member in industry trade associations.  Other duties as periodically assigned or requested by supervisor.
